Technical Requirement: ‘T8’ Loves travelling internationally! Taking ‘T8’ to ANY country is so easy!
‘T8’ needs NO airfreight, so, no shipping costs and no hidden charges for you!!
We simply bring T8 with us on the flight in 2 or 3 specially made custom cases! Easy!!

Transport
We require a van or SUV for transportation from the airport for ‘T8’ which can be anything from a people carrier to a large 4 x 4 vehicle. An estate car is too small..
(This would also be requested to and from the event and for the return to the airport prior to departure)

The changing area
We require an, Air conditioned, Secure changing area with either locks or security, as the robot and its equipment is very valuable.
The area must have a large mirror, The room be at least 3 metres by 3 metres, and must not be accessible to the public. T8 Robot can fit through a standard office size door

Press Kit
On booking ‘T8’ You will receive a ‘Press Kit’ Containing Press comments,
A ‘High Definition’ 30 Second Film clip & Photos, for advertising purposes.

Music: We provide the music for the stage show on CD or DVD Format or ‘T8’ Can perform to music of your choice.
(For DVD format you have the benefit of special effects on screen during the show)

Freezer: A Freezer must be available for us to use, in or near the dressing room.

Advertising literature: Only mention ‘T8’ Robot in any advertising or press releases

Photography: Photos are welcomed (Send us some copies!)

Security: At large events, especially where alcohol is being sold, it is essential to provide security for the robot at all times.
It has been helpful in the past for event organizers to have barriers put up to create a free space between the stage and the audience.
This way, ‘T8’ can go ‘Walkabout’ quite near the front row, with security men protecting ‘T8’ at all times!

Nightclubs: We are very happy to do shows in nightclubs as ‘T8’ loves to dance, entertain the crowd, show off his special effects, scare the guys, tease the girls and much much more!
‘T8’ Can also perform outside a club/event on a big opening night, something that has proved very successful in the past.

Filming: Professional TV cameras are allowed to record performance with the agreement that we receive a copy of said filming

Special Requirements; Must be discussed/ agreed before the contract is signed by both parties.

Dressing room: Air conditioned We require chilled bottled water & towels please. A toilet must be situated close to, or in the performer’s dressing room

Sound & Light: We must have a good sized stage in which to perform as the wider a stage is, the more people can see the show up close. The sound system must be monitored by a professional, throughout the show.
Lighting must be professionally set up and supervised throughout the show.

Smoke effect to be available. (Smoke machine)

Show Preparation: It is essential that we have at least 30 minutes to discuss the stage show with the lighting, sound & stage managers prior to any performance. If possible we prefer to have a sound & light rehearsal prior to the show.

Preparation time before any show is 90 minutes.

Performance on stage: The show is better when T8 can appear from behind a curtain or piece of stage scenery onto the stage.

T8 can walk up & down stairs, dance and do an excellent Laser show from the stage. Bigger the stage, the better the effect.

IMPORTANT!

(The stairs must be no higher than 6 inches and must be minimum 8 inches length) T8 can walk on any flat surface, If stairs cannot be provided, a ramp will be acceptable.

Client provides

2 Inbound Flight tickets to event
2 Outgoing Flight tickets not later than 2 days after performance(s),
Client pays (If any) payment of excess baggage costs.
Client pays (If any) costs for vaccinations required.
Client pays (If any) costs for entry visa’s

(Flights originate from, and return to Malta)

If outgoing Flight is later than 2 days after performance(s),
(Unless previously agreed) 1 extra day’s performance fee will be charged.

1 Double room Hotel accommodation, (4 * deluxe or 5 star) 2 single beds) or 2 single rooms.

Breakfast, Lunch & Evening meal & any soft drinks/beverages)
(Or per diem to cover meals)

Transportation from the airport for,‘T8’, to the hotel. This would also be requested to and from the event, and for the return to the airport prior to departure)

We can offer ‘Custom’ shows and this will be priced according to requirements.

Client normally receives, 1 X 12 minute ‘Stage show’ & 1 x 20/30 minute’ Walkabouts’ Near audience.Photo opportunities.
